Did you know that you can talk about the principles of multiplication through the area of ​​rectangles? Look, on the example of such a table, it will be very simple:

  • 5 * 3 u003d 15, 15 small squares fit in a rectangle with this length of sides (count with your child to be sure)
  • 3 * 5 = 15, for the same reason (repeat together)

And here we have a new discovery: it turns out that if we swap the factors, the product will remain the same – here you can breathe a sigh of relief.
